Shipment of Wine within the US
Tan Childs Winery offers online purchasing and shipping of wine within New York State and to states within the US which are legal to receive alcoholic purchases. It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply with their local laws governing the purchase of alcoholic beverages online.
The following is a suggested map of states that may receive an alcoholic shipment from New York State. If you, the buyer, are unaware of your local laws, please contact us first before placing an order to verify you are ordering from a legal state. Tan Childs Winery will not be responsible for the purchase and/or shipping cost of alcoholic beverages to illegal states.
Required Age of Buyer
You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from Tan Childs Winery. Identification of age will be required upon wine delivery. Tan Childs Winery is not responsible for purchases returns or return shipping charges due to the buyer's inability to present proper identification.
Order Processing and Shipping
When available, all orders will be processed within 3 days and shipped via FedEx Express.
Tax
Purchases shipped within New York State will incur an 8% sales tax.
